Lead technical sales strategy across full lifecycle: discovery, demos, POCs, solution architecture, BOM scoping, and executive presentations. Mentor SEs, collaborate with product and engineering to influence roadmap, provide post-sales support and training, and accurately track opportunities in SFDC to drive revenue and customer value.

Execute outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings and pipeline within target enterprise accounts. Manage account lists, qualify marketing leads, maintain high daily activity (calls, email, LinkedIn), track activity in CRM, and collaborate with Field Sales and Marketing while staying current on product, industry, and competitors.

Build and maintain production AI/ML models and pipelines for an NDR platform; develop scalable, secure backend services; optimize detection algorithms and reduce false positives; integrate ML features into product architecture; mentor engineers; participate in code reviews, technical strategy, and documentation; operate cloud-native, containerized services and manage infrastructure as code.

Lead architecture and implementation of high-performance software to deploy and operate AI/ML models for network threat detection. Build autonomous AI agent workflows, production ML pipelines, and services; drive cross-team engineering standards, mentor engineers, and represent technical direction to leadership.
