Job Description

Senior Resource Manager - Creative & Content

Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for creative work? Do you excel in overseeing production across various mediums and collaborating with different teams? If so, we invite you to join our dynamic Creative + Content team as a Senior Resource Manager!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Oversee Projects: Manage the planning, execution, and production oversight for projects developed by the Creative + Content teams, ensuring high-quality output across all mediums.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Creative + Content, Supply Chain, Finance) and external resources to streamline vendor selection, logistics, storage, and purchasing procedures.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic goals and business objectives. Monitor progress, pivot when necessary, and maintain clear, consistent communication.
  • Budget Management: Create, maintain, track, and report on project budgets. Provide detailed project status reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Vendor Management: Develop and communicate specifications and expectations for vendors. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, including contracts, scope of work, purchase orders, and invoice reconciliation.
  • Quality Assurance: Manage vendor relationships, overseeing all aspects of production and quality assurance to ensure the highest standards are met.
  • Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing creative projects, and working with freelancers and vendors.
  • Creative Design Knowledge: Familiarity with creative design work and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite products.
  • Marketing Materials Production: Experience in purchasing, sourcing, and producing marketing materials, particularly printed materials in both small and large formats.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with project management and purchasing software (Oracle experience is a plus).
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding of basic accounting and purchasing principles to collaborate effectively with finance and sourcing teams.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to speak and write clearly and effectively for internal and external relations. Demonstrates strong communication skills and the ability to influence others.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in project management, purchasing, and data processing applications.
