As a Sr. Reliability Engineer here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will lead initiatives to enhance the reliability, availability, and maintainability of chemical plant equipment. This includes developing and implementing strategies for maintenance, analyzing equipment failures, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights and a proactive approach to problem-solving
You will report directly to our Sr R&O Maintenance Analyst Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Geismar, LA location on 9/80 work schedule.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
- 6 plus years of experience in reliability engineering in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with Fixed and Rotating Equipment.
- Knowledge of NDE techniques and ASME/API codes
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with Process Safety Management (PSM) Facilities
- Must have a TWIC card or be able to obtain one shortly after hire.

COMPENSATION
The annual base salary range for this position is $145800k - $175195k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
