Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible ensuring reinsurance agreements internal and external requirements are met for the following work streams:
- Treaty Set up/Profiling
- Facultative Set up/Profiling
- Captive Set up/Profiling
- Reinsurance identification/calculation
- Financial Data Processing/Reconciliation
- Reinsurance reporting & record keeping
- Other work streams as needed
- Delivers in accordance with Standard Work and Service Level agreements
- Effectively communicates and collaborates across the organization as needed
- Effectively handles escalated issues and resolves problems
- Escalates IT related issues impacting workflow and production
- Provides training, technical expertise to less experienced staff, as needed
- Implements assigned projects as needed
- Other duties as needed

- Mid – Advance working knowledge of reinsurance operations (QS/XOL, Treaty/Fac)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SmartSheets, ImageRight, PowerBI. Other insurance platforms a plus (Policy Decisions, PolicyWriter, etc.)
Education and Experience
- College degree – BA or BS preferred
- 3-5 years relevant (re)insurance experience
- Reinsurance Operations Experience
- ARe, AINS, CPCU or similar designation is a plus

For individuals assigned or hired to work in the location(s) indicated below, the base salary range is provided. Range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.
$70,000 - $82,000/year

Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above pay range may be modified in the future.
