We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hourly Production Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for hourly production roles within our organization. This role requires a proactive approach to recruiting, with a focus on building a robust pipeline of candidates to meet the ongoing staffing needs of our production department.PositionSr. RecruiterLocationUSA, LaFayette, GAHow You'll Create PossibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, career fairs, and community networks to attract potential candidates for hourly production positions.
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
Job Posting: Create and manage job postings to ensure they are up-to-date and effectively reach the target audience.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
Database Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions and progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics.
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations related to hourly employment.
- Experience in high-volume recruiting.
Working Conditions:
- May require occasional travel to job fairs and recruitment events.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
