Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Frontend Developer to lead our frontend development initiatives. You will be responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing scalable and high-performance web applications. This is a key role where you will mentor and collaborate with a team of developers while driving the technical direction of our frontend projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead the frontend development efforts, working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
Architect, design, and develop complex frontend solutions using JavaScript, React, and related technologies.
Ensure code quality, and adherence to industry best practices through code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
Optimize applications for maximum performance.
Stay up to date with the latest frontend development trends, tools, and frameworks.
Collaborate with backend developers to design and integrate frontend APIs.
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
Drive continuous improvement.
Lead and participate in technical discussions, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team.
Experience/ Skills Required
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience:
5- 8 YEARS of Experience in frontend development with a strong focus on JavaScript and React.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex and scalable frontend solutions.
Deep understanding of frontend architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
Proficient in web markup languages such as HTML5 and CSS3.
Expertise in frontend build tools and module bundlers (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
Strong knowledge of state management libraries like Redux or MobX.
Experience with frontend testing frameworks and tools (Jest, react-test-library, Cypress, etc.).
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and frontend/backend integration.
Proficient Git.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a passion for helping others grow and succeed.
A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in frontend development.
Knowledge/Skills:
Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express, or similar
frameworks.
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and collaboration with designers.
Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) and Next.js.
Knowledge of mobile app development using React Native or similar frameworks.
Exposure to performance optimization techniques and SEO best practices
