The Senior Statistician will lead advanced statistical analysis and modeling efforts to drive strategic decisions in product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance within the Solstice organization. This role requires expertise in applying complex statistical methods and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven improvements in product reliability and process efficiency.
Key responsibilities.
- Leadership & Strategy:
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for statistical methodologies across the organization.
- Mentor and train engineers and supervisors in advanced statistical techniques.
- Influence strategic decisions through data-driven insights and predictive analytics.
- Advanced Data Analysis & Modeling:
- Design and implement complex models for stamping, plating, TIM processes and risk assessment of Solstice products.
- Utilize advanced Statistical tools and methods for predictive quality control.
- Process Optimization & Quality Assurance:
- Lead Six Sigma and Lean initiatives, ensuring robust statistical validation of process improvements.
- Develop and maintain statistical process control (SPC) systems since NPI through high-volume manufacturing (HVM) environments.
- Compliance & Standards:
- Ensure adherence to ISO, and industry-specific standards through rigorous statistical validation.
- Support audits and regulatory compliance with statistically sound documentation.
- Reporting & Communication:
- Deliver executive-level presentations and reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and operations teams to implement advanced analytics solutions.

Skills Required
- Advanced statistical modeling and analysis experience applied to manufacturing quality
- Experience designing and implementing Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems from NPI through HVM
