What a typical day looks like:
- Lead and push the company internal quality continuous improvement.
- Monitor process quality and system. Leading the six sigma project to save the cost.
- To drive the corrective/preventive actions and reduce the DPPM to make customer satisfaction.
- Transfer customer requirements to internal quality standards.
- Establish and finalize QA Inspection and test instructions
- Drive the CFT for continuous improvement
- Provide the necessary training to all IPQC team about new projects or new Inspection Instructions
- Supervise and support IPQC to monitor and control in production floor
- Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation
- Yield analysis and process support-monitor process yields throughout the line. Monitor yield-decreasing problem, and implement and drive internal corrective actions.
- Maintain process and product control system and monitor its implement.
- To coordinate statistical process control, continuous improvement activities.
- To assist internal and external system audits
- Directs workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product or process quality
- Assists in compiling and writing training material and conducts training sessions on quality control activities
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor degree, at least 2 years’ experience as Quality Engineer dealing with customer and process
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, technical information
- Write reports and general correspondence
- Technical knowledge on SPC, blueprint reading, metrology, GR&R, AR&R, DOE, Control Plan, FMEA, APQP, MSA, PPAP
- Ability to drive corrective and preventive actions
- Ability to present information one on one and small groups, as well with customer
- Strong leadership and ability to lead by example
- Good Oral English
