ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of quality control professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support
  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements
  • Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, inprocess production, and finished products
  • Identify deviations from quality standards and collaborate with relevant departments to implement corrective actions
  • Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on quality control performance and recommend strategies for enhancement
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
  • 5+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance.
  • Proven success in leading and managing large, high-performing quality control teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of advanced quality control principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
