What will you be doing?

You will be part of Liquid Data Platform QA team who plays a crucial role in ensuring high quality, performance and reliability of Liquid Data platform. You will bridge the gap between technical implementation and product requirements, driving quality throughout the development process.

Job Responsibilities

• Test Lead in individual contributor role, understands architecture, core functionalities and works with cross functional team, in driving Quality releases.
• Plan, understand impact across layers and present Test Plan / Strategy for Platform product factoring stability and Performance.
• Analyse problems and drive long term technology solutions to evolve the product scalability, performance, and supportability.
• Participate in release planning and managing product releases or project components from automation perspective.
• Keep stakeholders – Product Owner, Development and PMO informed on key issues and changes which may impact expected results.
• Proactive, visualizes roadblocks, problem solving and intent to challenge the status quo.

 Requirements

• Graduate degree in engineering or equivalent with 4 -7 years of experience in BI Systems and DWH domain
• Test Architect with technical depth – experience working in BI Systems with major focus on headless, backend Testing.
• Experience in the areas of testing strategy and testing architecture.
• Experience working with any flavor of Databases (MS SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres, MonetDB, MongoDB)
• Proficient working in Python, Linux & Shell Scripting
• Experience in backend automation (Python or Shell script) is added advantage.
• Experience in Data Analytics, Market Research for Retail domain
• Experience in HPC and GPU
