Scope:
Design and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and ensure software quality through efficient defect detection and collaboration with development teams

What you’ll do:
Design and maintain automation testing frameworks
Develop automated test scripts for web and Desktop applications
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure product quality
Continuously improving testing processes and automation coverage
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience). B.E. or B.Tech in Computer Science, MCS or MCA (Computer Science)
7-8 years of QA automation and Manual testing experience.
Willing to work from Pune office.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using modern automation tools
Experience with TestComplete. Exp in Selenium is a strong plus for the role.
Maintain reusable test utilities and libraries.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure quality across the SDLC
Track test execution and automation coverage.
Generate test reports and provide release readiness feedback.
Monitor automation stability and reduce flaky test

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Total 4-8 years of QA experience
- Proven experience in manual and automated testing
- Proven experience in integration testing across applications and systems
- Experience designing and executing test plans, test cases, and defect documentation
- Basic scripting knowledge in Java, JavaScript, or Python
- Familiarity with JIRA and TestRail (bug tracking and test management)
- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and good communication
- Immediate availability or notice period less than 30 days
- Location: Pune (on-site)
- Exposure to TestComplete or Selenium (automation tools)
- Willingness to grow into TestComplete automation and support CI/CD integration
