The pay range per hour is $20.19 - $36.35

Target Studio is an integral part of Target’s Marketing Team and is leveraged for photo and video production services. We partner with teams across the company to bring the Target Brand to life.
As a Sr. Props Specialist this role provides marketing channels superior client service and creative solutions resulting in elevated guest experience and sales. This role provides essential support for Target Creative and Ecommerce photo production by receiving, validating and distributing props for advertising purposes.
Responsibilities also include managing a large database of props in our warehouse; ensuring prop assets are available for production needs.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Execute prop pulls, identify and resolve conflicting prop and sample needs.
- Provide superior client service to stylists on prop appointments.
- Partner with Logistics Manager, plan, and coordinate adequate packing and shipping props to local external and national studios/locations.
- Organize and pack props for photo production needs across all media channels, brand campaigns and promotions.
- Have great understanding of national brand, Target Owned Brand and Limited Time Only usage guidelines and restrictions.
- Organize and maintain physical inventory of samples and prop assets.
- Ingest new props and enter into Pegasus database.
- Utilize trend and category knowledge and database data to make appropriate inventory management decisions to maintain a relevant props inventory.
- Run point for Target Studio photo production prop needs; resolve prop issues, facilitate prop and sample sharing.
- Ensure post production prop revalidation - unpacking and returning props to inventory.
- Maintain prop inventory database in Pegasus; update inventory records to improve database integrity.
- Identify areas of opportunity within current processes to gain efficiencies; develop new processes to improve overall workflow.
- Professionally represent Target Creative and work closely with internal and external partners, including merchants, marketing partners; sample producers, warehouse team, stylists, photo producers, art directors, photographers, digital techs, logistics manger, vendors, etc.
- Support Studio Logistics on an as need basis
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 4-yr degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
- Knowledge of photo studio production and inventory management.
- Detail-oriented self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple projects at various stages of execution.
- Team player with a high level of professionalism; strong interpersonal skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative and cross-functional team setting.
- Flexible and highly adaptable, ability to work well under tight deadline pressure.
- Experience with office, inventory management systems/databases.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to stand for 5-6 hours with minimal sitting.
- Required to be in the Target Studio.
