Job Description:
We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of technical training programs for our Professional Services instructor-led training division. In this role, you'll own the full project lifecycle, from pre-sale discovery through final evaluation, while serving as a trusted partner to both our clients and our internal Account Executive team. You'll manage a diverse portfolio of engagements ranging from single instructor-led classes to complex, multi-technology academies that combine instructor-led training, self-paced learning, labs, capstones, and assessments. This is a high-impact, client-facing role for someone who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and delivering exceptional learning experiences at scale.
Who you’re committed to being:
A diligent owner who holds themselves accountable for the quality and success of every engagement they touch
A proactive communicator who keeps clients, instructors, and internal teams aligned - even when things get complex
A relationship builder who earns client trust through consistent follow-through and deep expertise in technical training delivery
A continuous improvement champion who doesn't just implement processes, but actively looks for ways to make them better
A collaborative partner who brings a solutions-oriented approach to cross-functional work with sales, operations, and instructional teams
A calm, organized operator who can handle competing priorities across a dynamic portfolio without losing sight of the details
Adaptable and resilient - you adjust quickly when priorities shift, client needs evolve, or unexpected challenges arise, and you bring steadiness to the teams and clients around you
What you’ll do:
Own the full delivery lifecycle for all assigned projects and programs - from SOW execution and pre-sale discovery calls through post-delivery evaluation and client communication
Collaborate with Account Executives, clients, and instructors to ensure engagements are accurately scoped, resources are prepared, and technical setup requirements are met
Actively manage ongoing client programs through regular check-ins, quarterly business reviews, and training plans and schedules that span weeks to a full year
Partner with internal teams to anticipate staffing, technology, and resource needs ahead of upcoming program demands
Hold budgetary and profitability responsibility across your portfolio
Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes to build scalable infrastructure that supports the division's growth
Serve as an internal expert on technical training delivery, advising both clients and sales teams as needed
Experience you’ll bring:
A track record of successfully managing complex, multi-workstream projects or programs in a client-facing environment
Experience working closely with sales or account management teams, with an understanding of how delivery and revenue intersect
Comfort managing client relationships at multiple levels, including executive stakeholders and day-to-day program contacts
Familiarity with technical training environments, including instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and blended delivery modalities
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high-volume portfolio of concurrent projects without sacrificing quality
Experience with facilitation, conflict resolution, and navigating ambiguous or high-stakes situations with professionalism
PMP certification preferred but not required
AI literacy preferred but not required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with 4+ years professional experience in project/program management
4+ years customer engagement or customer success experience
