This role requires significant project management expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to navigate complex cross-functional dynamics.
Key Areas of Responsibility Include:
- Manage multiple medium to large projects
- Create and monitor project budgets and project plans
- Identify, document and escalate issues, risks and dependencies
- Responsible for stakeholder, steering committee and project sponsor reports and communications
- Communicate to project sponsors and senior level management
- Significant Product Experience across all lines of business

- Project Leadership: Lead and manage complex projects from initiation through closure, ensuring strategic alignment and achievement of goals.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing transparent updates on project progress, key milestones, and potential challenges.
- Scope and Change Management: Define project scope and objectives; manage and document changes, ensuring impact assessments and approvals are in place.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and develop mitigation strategies for project risks; resolve issues efficiently to keep projects on track.
- Resource Management: Oversee resource allocation to ensure optimal use of team members and other resources; coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Budget Management: Track and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and reporting on project financials.
- Performance Measurement: Utilize project management tools and methodologies to monitor performance and produce regular reports for executive stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- 4-8 years project management experience
- Certification or course work in project management (i.e. CAPM, PMP)
Pay Range:
- $79,300.00 - $124,500.00
Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
