As a Sr. Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing project scope, coordinating functional and technical resources, and collaborating with multiple departments including Sales, Professional Services, and Support. What your impact will be:

Program and Project Management:

  • Program management, involvement with multiple projects, and project management office duties.
  • Define goals and objectives for project success, including detailed plans for implementations and communication of progress towards defined goals and objectives.
  • Monitor, track, and control project outcomes and team performance, with a strong focus on project KPI tracking.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Communicate progress and issues to senior management and across the organization.
  • Proactively foster and build channels of communication across business units to ensure collaboration and achievement of organizational objectives.
  • Manage the required cooperation with other teams: commercial, technical, and support teams.

Mentoring and Coaching:

  • Mentor and coach junior project managers and other team leads.

Process Improvement:

  • Define and implement best practices, process improvements, and tools to drive implementation team success.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancement and improvement of the implementation processes.
  • Contribute to company objectives of enhancing value brought to customers, service offerings, company expertise, and delivery processes.

Knowledge Sharing:

  • Support global knowledge program and stimulate cross-team knowledge sharing.

Additional Duties:

  • Other duties as assigned by management.
  • Ensure the ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, with reasonable accommodations made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

What we are looking for:

  • Must have 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with related experience in project management, planning, and tracking
  • Experience with and understanding of the full project or product lifecycle
  • Knowledge of project management tools and software packages
  • Enterprise technology delivery experience
  • Experience in different project management methodologies
  • Strong influencing, team coaching, and communication (both written and verbal) skills across all levels of an organization, with a passion for seeing others succeed
  • Experience working with both business and IT groups and stakeholders
  • Experience gathering requirements, business analysis, and documentation
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Business Technology Management, or Management Information
  • Ability to balance and prioritize multiple simultaneous projects
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with a willingness to ‘roll up sleeves’ and work at all levels of the client organization
  • PMP / PMBOK certifications are nice to have
  • 25% travel may be required
