We are looking for an Engineering Project Manager. He/She is responsible for leading and delivering industrial engineering projects to support the site’s development and optimization. He/She coordinates all CAPEX investment and ensures compliance with deadlines, budgets, and applicable regulatory requirements.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and manage engineering projects (new equipment installation, renewal of shopfloor, facilities upgrade, etc)
- Oversee the full project life cycle: feasibility, design, installation, commissioning and handover to operations
- Ensure coordination between different departments (Production, Quality, HSE, Maintenance) during project execution
- Implement innovative solutions to modernize equipment and infrastructure
What you’ll bring:
Master’s degree (MSc) in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical or related field)
Minimum 8 years of experience in project management
Proven experience in managing industrial projects within a regulated environment
Knowledge of regulatory standards (GMP, safety, environmental regulations, etc)
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and project management tools (MS Project, or related)
Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Well-organized with strong analytical and synthesis skills
Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders in a dynamic environment
- Occasional travel required
