Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are:1.Lead CAD engineer to create 3D data and 2D drawing
2.BOM creation and management
3.DFMEA creation and maintenance
4.DV and PV test plan creation and follow test status, and solve issue happening during test
5.Communication with customer product engineer for any technical issues, reply customer questions in time
6.Lead internal and external engineering change and follow status
7.Lead internal design review, cooperate with AME finish DFA (Design for assembly) or DFM (design for manufactory) analysis
8.Lead external design review with supplier
9.Lead components OTS process and final approval
10.Lead building on work line, and solve any engineering issues during sample production
11.Customer on-site technical support and issue solution
Bachelor degree or above, related to mechanical engineering
5 years+ of relevant experience of new product development in auto industry
At least 3 years’ experience related sunroof product

- Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years relevant new product development experience in the automotive industry
- At least 3 years' experience related to sunroof products
- Proficiency as lead CAD engineer creating 3D models and 2D drawings
- BOM creation and management experience
- Experience creating and maintaining DFMEA
- Experience creating DV and PV test plans and resolving test issues
- Experience with DFA/DFM and conducting internal/external design reviews
- Experience leading supplier reviews, OTS process, and final component approvals
- Experience supporting sample production and providing customer on-site technical support
