Job Title -Sr. Engineer Process Engineering
Role & Responsibilities
• Post order process Engineering & taking over of BEP from Proposal Team
• Validating the entire process & design calculations
• Responsible for Generating Detailed Engineering P&ID from proposal team
• Getting approval from customer /consultant for all Process related aspects
• Coordinating with Detailed Engineering team and the OEMs during order finalisation
• Support the commissioning team/MO during final customer hand over
• Prepare data sheet & vetting OEM tech offer for all critical brought out items
• Writing process philosophy based on P&ID & support E&I team to prepare control philosophy
Qualifications /Experience /Skills
• Btech Chemical Engineer with minimum 5-8 years’ experience in process design of water & wastewater treatment systems with special emphasis on Recycle /Advanced Membrane technologies / ZLD systems with Industrial customers ( NOT Municipal)
• Actively engaged during project execution taking complete ownership of all process design
• Aware of all the recent trends /strong application knowledge/Technologoies in the space of wastewater & recycling
• Effective communicator & strong interpersonal skills
Skills Required
- BTech in Chemical Engineering
- 5-8 years experience in process design of water and wastewater treatment systems
- Experience with Recycle, Advanced Membrane technologies, and Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems
- Experience working on industrial (non-municipal) wastewater projects
- Proven ability to generate and validate detailed engineering P&IDs and process calculations
- Experience coordinating with OEMs, preparing datasheets, and vetting OEM technical offers
- Ability to write process philosophy and support E&I control philosophy development
- Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
