The Sr. Project Coordinator of the Financial Print Design team is primarily responsible for the management and coordination of design for proxy and annual report campaigns. Reviews design requirements and schedules, consults with Sales and external design vendors, and manages client budgets and milestones. Coordinates proxy design projects from pre-sale to production. Provides back up for the Director of Disclosure operations in managing estimate requests and conducting project prioritization meetings. Participate in support roles in sales presentations and client site visits with sales force.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work from home.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage design engagements, project schedules and new information to keep all projects on schedule and on budget with guidance from Director, Operations

  • Support current design projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track

  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored

  • Direct project correspondences by preparing, reviewing, and documenting all project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails

  • Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives

  • Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses with design vendors

  • Provide customer service support as needed

  • Communicate directly with clients regarding design specifications and project requirements

  • Additional Hours required during Proxy Season (February-April)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business Administration, Finance, Project Management) with 5-7 years' experience.

  • Critical thinker with analytical problem-solving skills

  • Must possess good time management and excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proactive, collaborative team player. Able to work independently as well as in a team environment

  • Comfortable in picking up new technologies

  • Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills

  • Attention to detail

Salary range $90,000.00-$100,000. Bonus Eligible.
