The Role
Develop and manage production plans aligned with customer requirements, capacity and business goals. Monitor backlog, machine utilization and KPIs (On-Time Shipment, Turnaround Time). Optimize production flow and shifts, resolve material shortages, prioritize critical orders, lead shift planning team, coordinate with Production, Logistics and Customer Service, maintain production parameters in systems, support system changes and continuous improvement, and prepare documentation and training.

What will you be responsible for?
  • Developing and managing production plans in line with customer requirements, available capacity and business goals.
  • Monitoring order backlog, machine utilization and production capacity.
  • Optimizing production flow and shift planning.
  • Ensuring a smooth flow of materials into production and resolving material shortages.
  • Prioritizing critical orders, pre-orders and special customer requirements.
  • Identifying risks that may affect delivery dates and proposing effective solutions.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators, particularly OTS – On-Time Shipment and TAT – Turnaround Time.
  • Leading and coordinating the shift planning team.
  • Working closely with Production, Logistics, Customer Service and other internal departments.
  • Presenting planning data and operational updates during regular stakeholder meetings.
  • Setting up and maintaining production parameters, capacities, shift plans and product configurations in internal systems.
  • Supporting system changes, user testing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Preparing process documentation and providing training for colleagues.
What are we looking for?
  • Secondary school or university education, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in production planning.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment and strong knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex operational issues.
  • Independence, sound judgment and a proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and coordination skills.
  • Experience in leading, motivating or coordinating a team.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is an advantage.
  • Advanced English for daily communication with colleagues and international stakeholders.
