Job Summary
This role interfaces with cross functional teams on all phases of product life cycle. This role is responsible for driving yield enhancement, reducing test costs and ensuring the overall quality and manufacturability of the devices.
Key Responsibilities
1.Review and provide disposition on low-yield production lots, and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
2.Work closely with test engineering, assembly, quality, internal factory and OSAT to resolve issues efficiently and ensure smooth production flow.
3.Execute day to day sustaining activities (Overall lot rejection rate improvement, EQA hold rate reduction, SYL/ SBL sustaining, etc.) to ensure delivery fulfillment.
4.Qualification and validation of new products, tester platform migration and various engineering activities.
5.Gross Margin Improvement Initiatives (Yield improvement, etc.).
6.System integration.
QualificationsMust Have Qualifications:
•A bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, or related field.
•> 3 years of experience in High Volume Semiconductor Manufacturing environment preferably in Test Product Engineering, Test Engineering or Product Engineering
•Strong understanding of product knowledge & test methodology of analog/digital/power product, failure analysis, reliability test, RCA.
•Proficiency in statistical data analysis tools (JMP, Spotfire, etc.).
•Strong communication skills to interact with people at all levels
Good to Have Qualifications:
•Experience with module devices
•Experience with Visual Basic/C++ programming
•Experience with ATE tester platforms (Teradyne ETS364/Flex, Advantest).
