As a member of the Business Intelligence & Analytics team, a Sr Product Owner, BI & Analytics is responsible for leading, supporting and executing our team objective of fostering a data driven culture that enables executive leadership to realize its strategic objectives. Our goal is to inform strategy execution by increasing visibility and accountability across the organization to become more outcome focused.
In this role, you will own product strategy, vision, and roadmap for BI & Analytics solutions. Acts as the primary business-facing leader responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering data and analytics products that drive measurable business value. Accountable for end-to-end product lifecycle and stakeholder alignment. Focuses on “what” and “why” to deliver. This role establishes strong product leadership, ensuring we move from requirements-driven execution to value-driven product ownership.
You Will Be Responsible For:
• Owns product roadmap and multi-year strategy aligned to business goals
• Drives product vision, value-based prioritization, and product discovery
• Acts as primary liaison and trusted advisor for senior business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities and outcomes
• Translates business needs into scalable data and analytics products
• Makes trade-off decisions across scope, timelines, and value delivery
• Accountable for measurable business value and outcomes from delivered products
• Drives adoption, usage, and product success metrics
• Embeds innovation (AI and data-driven insights) into products
• Mentors teams and promotes product thinking and data-driven culture
The Experience You Bring:
• Proven experience in product ownership or product management within analytics or data environments
• Strong capability in product discovery, prioritization, and outcome-driven decision-making
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders in a global organization
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex product roadmaps
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience with Agile Lifecycle tools (JIRA, ServiceNow)
• Working knowledge of Agile product delivery models and partnering with delivery leads/Scrum Masters
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking ability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Formal Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent)
• Product management or Agile product ownership certification preferred
• Scrum Master or Agile certifications beneficial but not required
