The RoleAs a Sr Product Marketing Manager – Software Platform, you will work on driving the transformation of our Baby Monitor portfolio into a connected ecosystem which offers products and services to our user base.
You will be the main force behind our app roadmap and will unlock new business models including freemium, rental and subscription services, whilst maximizing the value extraction of our existing portfolio of connected parenting solutions.
You are passionate about digital solutions and using AI to bring meaningful innovations to parents around the world and will be the main catalyst of our digital parenting ecosystem.
You will be seasoned in portfolio management and have led a multiple million global portfolio. You will be dynamic by nature, have a passion to explore the unknown, and a hunger for commercial success.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience :- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields;
- Relevant work experience in product marketing of digital consumer propositions
- Proven track record in developing and launching apps or other (consumer) software solutions
- Strong commercial acumen (active P&L knowledge, portfolio optimization, quality mindset)
- Fluent English
- Experience in commercializing software and/or IoT solutions, including disrupting traditional business models
- Strong affinity with leveraging AI in innovation
- Data driven decision making

Compensation&Benefits
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards.
The base gross annual salary range for this role is : 78.187 € – 130.312 €. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.
This role is eligible for a 3% short term incentive with your rewards linked to both individual performance and company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
