ROLE SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the performance and management of hemophilia portfolio with developing strategies, brand plans and executing key initiatives.
This position directly reports to Strategic Alliance Portfolio Lead and closely work with cross-functional team (e.g. Sales, Medical, RA, GSC, QO, Access, etc)
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Planning & Implementation
- Develops & executes operating plan & brand plan to drive the top line growth of hemophilia products (Benefix, Xyntha)
- Ensures effective implementation of promotional plans to achieve desired business outcomes along with product life cycle management
- Analyzes and interprets market intelligence from a range of sources to ensure that knowledge is up to date and appropriate for decision making
- Optimize internal connection with cross functional teams to achieve strategic and financial goals.
Work with Sales Team
- Works effectively with field force to develop, implement and monitor strategies to achieve goals
Cross-divisional Teamwork
- Understands the interdependencies of cross-functional teams and work effectively with key stakeholders
- Closely collaborate with Specialty Care TA to prepare and support hemophilia pipeline launches (Growth Gig ongoing)
Sales Forecasting
- Forecasts revenue based on the market intelligence and business strategy
- Assesses and understands the pharmaceutical market and proactively identify opportunities in sales goals
- Closely communicates with GSC partner to manage demand & supply stably
Expense Management
- Demonstrates sound financial management by ensuring that expenses are within budgets to achieve profit target
Relationship Management with Customer/Stakeholders
- Builds positive relationships with key customers/ stakeholders (opinion leaders) by understanding and managing their needs and expectations.
Seeks opportunities to provide values that will enable successful implementation of product strategies and tactics.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or above
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably 3 years or above marketing experience or relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry ( Job level depends on candidates' experience)
- Strong strategic, analytical and communication skills
- Fluency in spoken and written both Korean & English
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
