ROLE SUMMARY
- This position is responsible for the performance and management of the designated product by developing strategies, brand plans and executing key initiatives. Also, she/he will lead and support the go-to-market strategy based on clear understanding of the business objectives and the healthcare environment.
- This position directly reports to Specialty Care TA Lead and closely work with Specialty Care Marketing Lead. Also she/he will collaborate with global team and cross functional team (e.g. Sales, Medical, H&V, RA, etc).
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Planning & Implementation
- Develops & executes operating plan & brand plan for the designated brand
- Ensures effective implementation of promotional plans to achieve desired business outcomes
- Develops solid omni-channel marketing tactics with innovative approach
- Collaborates with global team to drive global brand strategy in local market
Data analysis & tracking
- Analyzes and interprets market intelligence from a range of sources including market research and derives the implications from the analysis to conduct optimal marketing strategy
- Updates key performance index by utilizing multiple data sources
Financial Management
- Assesses and understands the competitive pharmaceutical market and proactively identify opportunities in sales goals that are aligned with the corporate objectives
- Demonstrates sound financial planning skill to manage expenses
Cross-divisional Teamwork
- Understands the interdependencies of cross-functional teams and work effectively with key stakeholders
- Works effectively with field force to develop, implement and monitor strategies to achieve goal
QUALIFICATIONS
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferably 1-2 years or above marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong strategic, analytical and communication skills
- Fluency in spoken and written both Korean & English
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Strong customer focus
