  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and leadership by creating durable artifacts (roadmaps, PRDs, metrics) that drive alignment
  • Monitor payer behavior, adjudication trends, clearinghouse requirements, and industry regulations to inform product direction and identify opportunities
  • Learn from and be mentored by more senior product managers, gaining exposure to best practices while developing your own product management skills

What You Will Have

    • First-pass acceptance rate
    • Denial rate and denial reasons
    • Days to payment
    • Touchless or automated claims rate
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed environment, partnering with engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams
  • Strong execution mindset with the ability to break complex claims problems into incremental, testable improvements
  • Clear and confident communicator who can share progress, outcomes, and learnings with stakeholders at all levels
  • Curiosity and continuous learning mindset, especially around payer behavior, claims rules, and industry
