Product Manager (Pet Tech)

【About the role】

At Tomofun, we’re revolutionizing pet tech with innovation and compassion. As a Senior Product Manager, you'll play a critical role in scaling existing features to global markets and contributing to the development of new AI products. This role involves managing breakthrough products from product concept, go-to-market strategy, all the way through product end-of-life.

Acting as a key integrator, you'll bridge global and regional perspectives—leveraging insights from regional teams to shape product decisions while also ensuring the rationale behind product development is effectively communicated back to regional teams. By working closely with cross-functional teams, including researchers, engineers, and marketers, you'll ensure our products resonate with pet parents across diverse markets and deliver meaningful solutions to their needs. 【 What you'll do 】

Understand User Needs and Innovate Solutions

• Leverage cutting-edge AI technologies, such as LLMs and Generative AI, to propose innovative, user-centric product ideas that deliver breakthrough features and enhance user experience.
• Conduct market research, analyze user data, and work with researchers and regional teams to craft strategies that drive engagement and satisfaction.

Translate Ideas into Tangible Products

• Clearly articulate the "why" behind product decisions to align and inspire execution teams for high-quality delivery.
• Write actionable user stories and work with Scrum engineers (BI, AI, App, and others) to turn strategic product visions into reality.

Plan and Execute Go-to-Market Strategies

• Lead cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and regional stakeholders, to define and drive comprehensive GTM strategies.
• Adapt and localize AI-driven features for diverse global markets, ensuring alignment with local insights and user needs.

Launch, Monitor, and Optimize Performance

• Oversee product launches and evaluate key metrics, including adoption, engagement, and user satisfaction, to ensure strategic alignment and impactful outcomes.
• Apply a data-driven approach and creative problem-solving to optimize strategies and achieve targets.

【Who you are】

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with 1+ years in B2C (AI/chatbot experience preferred).
• Collaborative, curious, and passionate about innovative solutions and emerging technologies.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to articulate product visions and align teams.
• Skilled in collaborating across R&D, marketing and customer support.
• Proficient in Lean Startup, SCRUM, and data-driven decision-making.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Aligned with Tomofun core values (Open minded, Explore, Agile, Customer Love, Fun) and eager to make an impact for pets and their parents.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin, with strong verbal and written skills to handle complex business discussions confidently.
• Cross-cultural product experience is a big plus!
• Being a pet parent is a big plus!
