About the Team
This role reports into the Shared Capabilities Team, which is the team driving the strategy and delivery of enterprise platforms. WEX is on a transformation journey and a critical element of that journey is the development and adoption of the shared platforms that will enable innovation, scale and unlock new business opportunities. This role will own the end to end delivery of our enterprise product pricing capabilities that will be integrated into our businesses, operations, and digital customer experiences.
How You'll Make an Impact

Own Finance Platforms end-to-end by developing innovative business models, defining and analyzing key success metrics, and managing strategic initiatives that enhance platform performance and functionality.

Build and own the product roadmap, defining the user base and leading tradeoff decisions that impact both product development and business outcomes.

Leverage data-driven insights—both qualitative and quantitative—to measure platform performance, inform the roadmap, and ensure successful adoption, user satisfaction, and sustained value.

Deliver top-tier digital experiences by enabling capabilities that optimize rebate processes and create value for employees and customers, helping WEX gain a competitive edge.

Gain deep insights into the external market and customer needs to set platform priorities and inspire the broader team to innovate and enhance the rebate experience.

Lead 1-2 scrum teams to deliver on the platform's mission, iterating on solutions that meet user needs while enhancing platform reliability and functionality.

Engage in technical discussions with senior engineers to shape product strategy and enhance the rebate platform’s value proposition, while steering business impact.

Experience You'll Bring

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a modern, data driven environment, ideally with an emphasis on financial technology

Undergraduate degree required, advanced degree is a plus

Understand how features (micro) interface with overall product vision (macro)

Have a learning mindset to start developing hypotheses that are tested and iterated

Experience in building self-service products from scratch. Specific experience with building products for data definition, SDKs and APIs from software developers

Strong ability to think through unifying elements and common denominators; dream up user workflows and interfaces

Familiarity with big data frameworks

Data driven approach for everything you do, understanding your customers, roadmap prioritization and measuring success

Ability to work in an agile fashion with your teams; go broad to go narrow; build, test, iterate

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
