In this position...

As a Senior Product Manager on the Global Owner Product Management team within Ford's Global Digital & CRM division, you will own the product strategy and execution for the Experiences Hub — ensuring experiences are effectively discovered, presented, and monetized across Ford's digital ecosystem. You will lead product direction for the platform that surfaces experiences to both owners and non-owners, partnering with a broad set of stakeholders who bring new experiences to market. Ford Racing is a primary stakeholder for this role, and you will work in close, ongoing partnership with the Ford Racing team to bring racing experiences and events to life across Ford's digital ecosystem.

A core focus of this role is building the Experiences Hub itself: leading the onboarding of all Ford Racing experiences onto the platform and owning the end-to-end transactional capability that allows owners and non-owners to discover, book, pay for, and engage with experiences from start to finish.

This role sits at the intersection of stakeholder management, cross-org collaboration, and revenue growth. As experience launches continue to evolve and grow in scale, you will be the driving force that brings structure, sequencing, and disciplined execution to a fast-moving space — partnering closely with stakeholders to shape scope and timing, while finding creative ways to keep momentum and deliver results.

You will also work across product organizations to expand awareness and placement of experiences throughout the site and apply strong business acumen to grow both direct and incremental revenue tied to experiences. Success in this role means turning ambiguity into a clear roadmap, building trusted relationships with stakeholders, and telling a compelling story that aligns leadership, partner teams, and dependent teams around a common direction.

The role does require you to occasionally work upstream and outside the traditional product management wheelhouse — partnering closely with Ford's CRM and marketing teams to promote experiences and events, support personalization of how they are surfaced, and use experimentation and A/B testing to refine performance across Web, App, Email, and SMS. This cross-functional collaboration is an important part of the job, but the primary focus of the role remains building, scaling, and operating the Experiences Hub as a product.

Based in Dearborn, MI, this is a hybrid position with a required four-day onsite presence each week. Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

What you'll do...

Platform Strategy & Roadmap

  • Vision & Execution Vision & Execution: Own and drive the roadmap for the Experiences Hub in partnership with Ford Racing , bringing clarity and strategic direction to an emerging space
  • Operating in Ambiguity: Comfortably navigate a fast-moving "blank space" and proactively build the frameworks needed to bring clarity.
  • Scope & Prioritization: Evaluate incoming requests for scope and readiness, and partner with stakeholders to align on realistic timelines and delivery approaches.

End-to-End Transactional Capability

  • Transactional Ownership: Own the full transaction lifecycle for the Experiences Hub — discovery, browsing, booking, payment, and fulfillment — ensuring a seamless, end-to-end experience for owners and non-owners.
  • Ford Racing Onboarding: Lead the onboarding of all Ford Racing experiences and events onto the Hub, partnering directly with Ford Racing to migrate, launch, and maintain every activation on the platform.

Stakeholder & Cross-Org Collaboration

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders to build alignment on launch timing and priorities, driving toward more predictable, well-defined planning cycles.
  • Cross-Product Awareness: Connect across product organizations to drive greater visibility and additional placement of experiences across the site, for both owners and non-owners.
  • Narrative Leadership: Use strong storytelling to align leadership, stakeholders, and dependent teams around the Experiences Hub vision, simplifying complexity to enable fast, confident decision-making.
  • Ford Racing Partnership: Serve as the primary product point of contact for Ford Racing, translating racing events, experiences, and activations into digital placements, personalization, and promotion strategies across the Experiences Hub.

Business & Revenue Growth

  • Revenue Acumen: Apply strong business acumen to identify and execute opportunities that drive both direct and incremental revenue from experiences.
  • Placement Strategy: Partner with adjacent product teams to identify new surfaces and touchpoints across the site to increase experience visibility and conversion.

Execution & Delivery

  • Agile Leadership: Partner with stakeholders to shape emerging ideas into well-scoped epics; lead agile planning and ceremonies with delivery teams.
  • Prioritization: Own the intake and prioritization of experience-related requests, balancing stakeholder urgency against team capacity and readiness.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive processes that bring predictability and repeatability to experience launches over time, reducing the impact of ad hoc requests.
  • Content, Copy & SEO Support: Partner with stakeholders — including Ford Racing — to shape and refine on-site content, copy, and SEO, maximizing discoverability and engagement for experiences and events.
  • Customer Journey Planning: Partner with CRM, Web, and stakeholder teams to map and plan owner and non-owner journeys, ensuring experiences are woven naturally into the broader customer journey.

Marketing & CRM Collaboration (Upstream Support)

The bullets below reflect work that occasionally sits upstream of, or adjacent to, this role's core product scope — supporting Ford's CRM and marketing teams rather than owning their strategy outright:

  • CRM Collaboration & Personalization: Partner with CRM and Personalization teams to promote experiences and events across owned channels (Email, SMS, App, Web) and support tailored experience recommendations for owners and non-owners.
  • Experimentation & A/B Testing: Develop a test-and-learn roadmap, using experimentation and A/B testing (e.g. Adobe Target and Marketing Cloud Personalization) to optimize how experiences are surfaced, personalized, and promoted.
Qualifications

You'll have...

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, with demonstrated success owning complex, transactional, multi-stakeholder platforms end-to-end. A marketing background (e.g. CRM, campaign, or content marketing) is valuable given the occasional upstream collaboration this role requires, but the core requirement is strong product management expertise.  Skills should also include:

    • Proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, helping to shape strategy and align priorities even in fast-evolving or still-forming plans. Comfortable providing clear, constructive feedback on scope and timing to ensure successful delivery.

    • Demonstrated ability to build structure, define direction, and drive progress in undefined or emerging spaces where a formal vision or roadmap has not yet been established.

    • Track record of working across product organizations to drive alignment and expand feature/product placement.

    • Strong understanding of revenue drivers, with experience translating product decisions into direct and incremental revenue impact.

    • Proven ability to synthesize complex, ambiguous situations into clear narratives tailored to leadership, stakeholders, and dependent teams.

  • 3+ years of experience owning or building end-to-end transactional or e-commerce experiences (e.g. booking, purchase, or fulfillment flows) from discovery through post-purchase.
  • 2+ years of experience onboarding new partners, products, or content types onto a digital platform, ideally at scale and across a diverse set of stakeholders.
  • 2+ years of experience in Agile delivery and experience with tooling such as Jira.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience using digital analytics, personalization, and customer experience platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, and Adobe Target to inform product decisions, measure performance, and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • 1+ years of experience designing and running A/B tests and experimentation programs to optimize personalization, content, and conversion.

Even better, you may have...

  • MBA or Master’s degree

  • Experience with digital experience platforms, marketplaces, or discovery/placement surfaces.

  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar content management platforms, and experience supporting content, copy, and SEO optimization

  • Familiarity with owner and non-owner customer journeys and how experiences fit within them.

  • Experience operating in high-ambiguity, fast-moving environments with evolving stakeholder priorities.

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing Cloud Personalization.

  • Familiarity with motorsports, automotive racing, or fan/enthusiast marketing.
