The Role
Your Impact
The Sr Product Manager owns the vision and strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for the Building Products Category Experience. Responsibilities include defining the roadmap as well as planning and managing products and product features through the product development process. This role manages the product backlog while prioritizing work and making product-related decisions based on the needs and expectations of customers and stakeholders. Finally, this role identifies and manages projects with a high level of autonomy. The role manages multiple product designs at any given time while partnering closely with the business to understand pain points and develop the go-to-market strategy.

What You Will Do
Set Product Direction: Drive the strategy for the Building Products Category Experience, ensuring alignment with OKRs and overall product vision.
Lead Execution & Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally to prioritize features, manage trade-offs, and deliver high-value, innovative customer experiences.
Enhance User Experience: Define and optimize impactful digital shopping experiences informed by competitive trends and customer insights.
Manage Agile Delivery: Lead agile ceremonies, clarify expectations, and ensure the scrum team delivers usable, viable, and feasible solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)
  • 5 years of experience in two or more of the following: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation, or product marketing
  • 3 years of experience in product and/or experience management
  • Experience in an agile software environment with strong writing ability
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a large organization with senior leadership
  • Experience working closely with senior leadership
  • Experience translating data into quantifiable actions/deliverables

Preferred Skills/Education
  • Experience working as a product manager in digital customer experiences
  • Experience executing on a product vision and aligning it across cross-functional teams and the broader organization.
  • Customer obsession and a drive to deliver constant value while balancing the needs of our business.
