Summary

The Cash management squad manages the transaction initiation API endpoints and file exchanges, as well as any other touch points that might generate cashflow into an account. All the transaction banking business rules are also applied on the cash management applications.


What you'll do

  • Monitor the incoming issues and alert the team so that items are picked up and solved timely
  • Lead discovery to delivery of products and features to guarantee quality and requirement deliverables
  • Maintain product backlog and roadmap organized in agreement of prioritizations
  • Drive and contribute with solutions definitions mapped as platform to base product
  • Drive communications and alignments with stakeholders
  • Exercise  an indirect leadership within the squad
  • Maintain and support  the product operational health with the engineering manager
  • Ensure that all efforts are refined and planned to accommodate the priorities elected by the executive committee and the product evolution plan
  • Negotiate with internal and external stakeholders, do necessary tradeoffs to achieve the strategic company objectives, following the minimum friction philosophy
  • Recognize and prioritize efficiently the short, medium and long term needs of stakeholders
  • Cultivate the ability to communicate with internal and external clients to listen and communicate needs and priorities, in addition to identifying points for improvement
  • Develop other PMs technically
  • Develop deep knowledge of agile methodologies
  • Discuss technical solutions with the technical leadership
  • Teach product management principles and team processes to other team members
  • Ensure application of change management policies
  • Ensure that Cash Management applications are aligned with the core platform

Minimum Qualifications

  • Good knowledge in finance (Cashflow diagram, accounting ledger, balance sheet, financial reports, etc)
  • Excellent knowledge in product management (Agile methodologies, performance metrics, dual track software development, etc.)
  • Advanced English Level
  • Experience in Accounting Controls
  • Experience in project management
  • Client facing skills
  • Experience in market research and benchmarking
