Sr Product Lead

Scope:

• As a Product lead, you will collaborate with Senior Product Leaders, Development Teams, Customers, and key stakeholders to drive innovation in Blue Yonder Network Solutions for retail, manufacturing, and distribution.
• Your primary focus will be coordinating interoperability between BY Enterprise solutions (Planning & Execution) and the BY Network Command Center.
• You will own the product roadmap and deliverables for the BY Network Command Center solution, ensuring seamless integration and impactful enhancements.

What you’ll do:

• Work closely with Customers to gather Product requirements.
• Define and prioritize Product/ Release Backlog and work closely with Scrum teams, UX, Product Owners to drive execution.
• Determine how cutting-edge technologies can be used to address customer requirements.
• Continuously release new features and gather customer feedback.
• Work with Product Director to understand Product Roadmap, identify cross product requirements and work with other product managers to ensure cross functional requirements are addressed.

What we are looking for:

• BS/MS degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 to 6years of experience in a Product Management role working with Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to bring products to market.
• Experience working with machine learning, AI systems, Cloud, SaaS, emerging cloud use-cases for web/mobile and enterprise companies, in complex supply chain networks.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, schedules, and budgets.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related communication with stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in supply chain technology.
• Present product demonstrations and provide product training to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize work for scrum teams and manage changing priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment and to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and influencing skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
• Ability to travel (25 - 30%) require
