Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer with 9+ years of experience to lead design for Bob Finance - our newly integrated financial module within Bob. This role blends design leadership, strategic thinking, and strong user research skills to turn complex financial workflows into simple, powerful experiences.
You'll drive design across three core domains - Analytics, Financial Modeling, and Data Platform - shaping how finance professionals and their stakeholders make better decisions together.     Base salary for this role ranges from $161,500 - $218,500 per year.

Job Requirements
  • 9+ years of experience in Product Design/UX, with a portfolio that demonstrates design leadership and end-to-end ownership of complex product areas.
  • Proven experience in analytics, data-heavy interfaces, or financial/enterprise software .
  • Strong ability to lead design direction and influence stakeholders across disciplines.
  • Exceptional skills in interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and usability testing .
  • Comfort working in hybrid environments - able to thrive in remote collaboration while also leading in-person workshops, critiques, and strategy sessions.
  • Strong communicator who can articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
  • A track record of mentoring and elevating other designers.

Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Product Designer , you'll be a design leader helping us define and deliver the future of Bob Finance. You will:
  • Own design across multiple domains - analytics dashboards, financial modeling workflows, and data platform tools - turning complex concepts into simple, intuitive, and trustworthy experiences.
  • Shape the future of financial insights - work with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders across the globe to design solutions that strengthen value for finance professionals and their business partners.
  • Translate complexity into clarity - design solutions that balance deep analytical context with ease of use for cross-functional business users.
Collaborate across cultures and time zones - partner with global teams in product, engineering, research, and operations, both remotely and in person.
