Role Overview
The Sr Process Engineer drives improvements across manufacturing workflows, tooling, process documentation, and production support activities. You will use data, structured problem-solving, and hands-on collaboration to identify bottlenecks, improve quality and productivity, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
What will you do?
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including workflows, standard operating procedures, PFMEA, BOMs, and ECNs.
- Support process improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and A3 problem-solving methods.
- Monitor process performance using data analysis, process capability thinking, and structured reporting.
- Oversee maintenance routines and support TPM implementation to improve equipment reliability and process stability.
- Support tooling validation, process changes, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Partner with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve issues and sustain improvements.
- Contribute to workstation layout, equipment justification, specification, and installation activities when required.
- Support new product introduction and process readiness activities across the manufacturing floor.

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in process engineering or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data analysis and process optimization methods to drive results.
- Experience with BOMs, ECNs, PFMEA, and other process improvement tools.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, TPM, and structured problem-solving approaches.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively across functions.
