主導所負責模組之製程與設備改善專案
PE技術主責角色，包含：
-設備效能與 tool matching 改善
-製程視窗（process window）優化
-良率, 成本與 cycle time 改善
-透過數據與實務經驗 進行 RCA（SPC / DOE / FDC / 設備訊號）
與設備, 製造, 良率, 品質, RD 團隊密切合作
支援 NPI, 新製程導入, 製程移轉與驗證
-分享最佳實務, 指導 junior 工程師，提升團隊技術水準
*條件要求
工程相關科系 大學以上學歷
具備半導體PE量產實務經驗
能夠 從問題定義到解決方案落地全程負責
具備良好分析能力與實際執行力
加分條件
曾主導 跨部門或 task force 改善專案
熟悉以下任一者尤佳：
Tool matching / chamber control
設備健康監控
進階 DOE / SPC
有帶人或技術領導經驗
有意朝 資深技術專家或模組負責人 發展
