Sr. Process Control System Technician

Responsibilities

• Work with Process Owners and internal teams to develop, maintain, and enhance PCS monitoring reports.
• Collaborate with module PEEs to prioritize and process PCS requests in accordance with established SOPs.
• Document lessons learned, best practices, and Fab business rules related to Process Control Systems (PCS).
• Maintain PCS reports, portals, and supporting tools.
• Support automation, AI-enabled solutions, and productivity improvement initiatives to enhance PCS operational efficiency.
• Support PCS program management activities, including coordinating with Process Owners and PCS representatives to track and follow up on improvement actions.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools, coding assistants, and agent-based solutions to improve reporting, analysis, workflow efficiency, and operational productivity.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, including basic to intermediate English communication skills for technical documentation and routine business discussions.
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to learn new systems, technologies, business processes, and AI-enabled workplace tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SharePoint, Tableau, SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with automation development, scripting, Code Assist, Cloud Assist, or similar productivity technologies.
• Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of PCS program management concepts.
• Experience supporting manufacturing reporting, dashboards, digitalization, or process improvement initiatives.
• Experience using AI-assisted, AI-enabled, AI-augmented, or AI-supported tools to improve productivity and workflow efficiency.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, AI Assistants, Agentic AI, AI Agents, or related technologies.
• Experience using, applying, or leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support data analysis, automation, reporting, knowledge management, or operational improvements.
• 3+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, automation, process control, data analysis, or related industries.
