As the Sr. Principal QRC (Quality, Regulatory & Compliance) Strategist you are responsible for leading the Digital Strategy which includes development, deployment, and delivery of Global Quality, Regulatory, and Product Safety, as well as the Stewardship and Medical Affairs digital strategy to enable delivery of safe, compliant, high-quality consumer products. Additionally, you will provide program management expertise and cross-functional stakeholder management across International Family Care & Professional (IFP), International Personal Care (IPC), North America (NA), and Enterprise Markets (EM) segments to most efficiently deploy the QRC digital strategy and programs.

Responsibilities:

Develop Global Quality, Regulatory, and Product Safety/Stewardship/Med Affairs Digital Strategy

  • Facilitate scoping for QRC large/complex digital programs, engaging senior stakeholders and digital partners across IFP, IPC, NA, and EM segments. Select the most appropriate means of representing business requirements in the context of a specific change initiative.

  • Prepare business cases which define potential benefits for digital solutions, options for achieving through development of new or changed processes, and associated business risks. Identifies key stakeholders and their business needs.

  • Approach digital strategy/solutions with mindset to simplify, standardize, and synergize. Embed solutions into ways of working; further cultivating the QRC mindset and culture.

Deploy and deliver Global Quality, Regulatory, and Product Safety Safety/Stewardship/Med Affairs Digital Strategy

  • Activate the QRC Digital strategy. Develop KPI and governance process to monitor progress of digital programs and assess results. Act as primary interface for with the Digital (IT/DTS) teams.

  • Propel progress within the QRC digital program portfolio, keeping stakeholders informed, escalating roadblocks and ongoing communication with the QRC Strategy Director and QRC Leadership Team

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field

  • 10+ years of technical experience in quality, regulatory, and product safety digital systems/processes/tools/ analytics, including SAP, ETQ, PASS.

  • Experience being part of large scale digital transformations with direct technical/engineering contribution

  • Experience in data and information management system governance

  • Experience and a successful record of driving results and delivering value within global, matrixed, organization.

  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and manage complex challenges to successful resolution.

Total rewards at Kimberly-Clark includes pay and a full package of benefits that can be tailored to individual needs. The anticipated pay range for this job has a range of $158,000.00 - $195,000.00 in addition to bonus potential. Individual pay levels will be based on multiple factors including, but are not limited to, location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
