Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development & Execution
- Own AEBU's strategic technology roadmap in partnership with Product and System Architecture leaders, defining long-term direction, success metrics, and investment priorities that shape portfolio competitiveness and business outcomes.
- Lead AEBU front-end Fab 6 capacity strategy across the factory network, setting executive-level direction on capacity corridors, utilization, node optimization, cost, profitability, and government-affairs implications through monthly leadership reviews.
- Direct annual and long-range strategic planning activities for AEBU, translating corporate objectives into integrated business strategies, accountable milestones, operating mechanisms, and measurable outcomes.
- Drive Corporate Strategic Review initiatives on behalf of AEBU, shaping executive recommendations, representing business-unit priorities, and ensuring follow-through on decisions and commitments.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Serve as a senior strategy partner to segment leaders, product management, operations, finance, and technology teams to ensure strategic choices are operationally executable and financially sound.
- Lead cross-functional alignment on revenue targets, capacity planning, investment priorities, and trade-off decisions, resolving conflicts and escalating critical choices with clear executive recommendations.
- Establish structured decision-making forums and operating rhythms that improve accountability, accelerate execution, and create transparency across senior stakeholders.
Strategic Initiatives & Transformation
- Direct strategic transformation initiatives for AEBU, including AI-enabled productivity, decision quality, and continuous improvement programs that strengthen organizational capability.
- Build and manage external insight channels with third-party analysts, ecosystem partners, and industry experts to inform strategic choices, benchmark competitiveness, and identify emerging opportunities.
- Lead evaluation of new business opportunities, partnerships, and investments, developing recommendations that balance strategic fit, financial return, execution risk, and long-term growth potential.
Executive Communication & Storytelling
- Develop executive-level narratives that clarify strategic choices, frame trade-offs, and drive alignment with senior leadership on key decisions.
- Own preparation of high-impact materials for senior leadership, Corporate Strategy, and Board-level reviews, ensuring recommendations are clear, data-backed, and decision-ready.
- Synthesize complex market, technology, financial, and operational data into actionable insights that influence resource allocation, portfolio priorities, and executive decisions.

Skills Required
- Proven experience developing and executing strategic technology roadmaps
- Experience leading capacity planning and strategy for semiconductor manufacturing/fab operations
- Cross-functional leadership partnering with product, operations, finance, and architecture teams
- Track record driving strategic planning, corporate strategic reviews, and executive-level decision forums
- Experience leading transformation initiatives including AI-enabled productivity and continuous improvement programs
- Strong executive communication and storytelling; preparing board-level materials and presenting recommendations
- Financial acumen to evaluate investments, profitability, and trade-off decisions
