We are looking for an experienced, detail oriented and self-motivated Senior Pricing Analyst in Shanghai, reporting to Sr. Manager Pricing, IA. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong financial analysis abilities, business acumen, resilience for pressure, a thorough understanding of pricing strategies and have the continual improvement mindset.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily review of the new quotes/bids to evaluate the pricing and margin profitability by referring to region pricing guideline and financial KPIs.
- Prepare Bi-weekly pricing result forecast and the monthly result packages to China leadership team.
- Organize monthly pricing MOS with stakeholders to present the results and better monitor the performance.
- AOP and Forecast cycle preparation.
- Leverage tools such as Tableau and Power BI to create insightful reports that facilitate informed pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with the GBE GM and offering management team to set up region pricing strategies aligned with global pricing initiatives.
- Exhibit self-motivation and accountability in driving actions, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing innovative solutions while proactively addressing issues as they arise.
- Stay informed of industry and market trends, as well as pricing best practices, to continually refine and improve pricing strategies.

- Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s degree and above.
- Above 3 years of working experience in financial area related, with familiarity in ERP and master data systems, along with a good business sense of industrial project/product business.
