The position is the main point of contact and responsible for the day-to-day operations of the FEP benefit programs vendor contracts to drive quality and improve health outcomes. Participates in the development and manages the implementation of tactical programs/products to increase the value of BCBSA-based initiatives and advance the core objectives of FEP. Responsible for data gathering and reporting surrounding the FEP Benefit Programs.Primary contact for FEP vendor contracts on the day-to-day activities to drive quality and improve health outcomes for the FEP Benefit Programs at the Director Office level. Manage operational processes, issue resolution, audit processes, program enhancements, engagement initiatives, material review, market research and program service impact. Maintain contract compliance and conducts procurement related activities.
Manage and maintain reporting, analytics processes, for contract compliance and department success measures. Create executive summaries, data format/analysis and presentation construction.
Key contributor in the compilation and implementation of new benefit and vendor contracts that support quality improvement.
