Job Description
Designs, implements, administers, and supports enterprise cloud platforms, applications, and automation solutions. Provides advanced technical expertise across cloud technologies, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Power Platform. Designs and implements cloud services and supporting infrastructure for enterprise applications and works with application development, security, architecture, and operational teams to deliver secure, scalable, reliable, and supportable solutions. Develops automation using PowerShell, APIs, Microsoft Graph, and other technologies to improve provisioning, administration, monitoring, reporting, and lifecycle management. Evaluates emerging technologies and recommends solutions, standards, governance practices, and modernization opportunities that improve security, reliability, efficiency, and organizational capabilities. Serves as a senior technical resource and escalation point for complex cloud platform and application issues and exercises independent judgment in selecting appropriate technologies, methods, and solutions.
