- Capacity management. Review with Subcon on forecast / commit to identify GAPS according to BEPP planning / CPCI , drive to secure demands are 100% committed; Review S&R Demand to identify constraints per ON Semi overall need, initiate/start discussion with Subcon on required assembly / test capacity expansion.
- Ensure Starts Compliance of committed lot starts, follow-up issues affecting starts loading; Work-out / Secure allocations for upsides; Expedite Subcon for fast track request to support customer pull in.
- Ensure that on-time delivery commits are met; Monitors production schedules to ensure that Subcon performance remain competitive and consistent with ON Semiconductor delivery needs; Drive Subcon/Ops engineer on MFG hold lots disposition; Communicates with logistic team for special shipment arrangement.
- Tracks / Monitor availability of materials to ensure having sufficient inventory; Manage expired materials for buy back where ON Semi is liable; Manage Ageing wafers at Subcon die bank; Review and manage ageing lots.
- Lead and report for planning related KPI; Work with Subcon to drive CT improvement; Create Capacity Model for key Subcon.
- Maintain planning system data, CT and manufacture calendar etc.
- Other supports activities. Conducts training with Subcon and coordinates issues with SI group on B2B transaction; Support Yearly inventory audit with auditor; Reviews Quarterly requirement to support Revenue needs; Support escalated devices etc.
