YOUR MISSION
Be a part of a team where you will:
- Review, report and consolidate Payroll Costs monthly according to the Finance team's needs and deadlines
- Settle and improve control processes empowering data accuracy and time efficiency
- Help build, re-structure and organize the data and reports needed in the People Controlling team to ensure timely, accurate and insightful reporting and analyses
- Provide meaningful insights and support the monthly Global Personnel budget tracking (Actuals vs Budget) and variance analysis
- Together with the rest of the team, run the annual Headcount Planning process, as well as monthly Best Estimate activities
- Support the implementation of reporting solutions that facilitate the goal of automation and self-service
- Support several stakeholders within the Finance and People departments across the company with any ad-hoc requests
You must have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
- +4 years’ experience in Finance, Audit or related Controlling fields
- Proficiency in the English language
- G Suite expertise (Sheets, Presentations), Office Suite expertise (Excel)
- Experience in the implementation of projects, processes and procedures
- A proven track record, strong business acumen, and an analytical and proactive approach to solving problems and managing data
- The ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines, with a sense of personal responsibility for delivering high-quality work
- An ability to work effectively as part of a team and adaptable to changing priorities
- Hands-on profile and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with Workday and/or SAP
- Spanish language
