Aviatrix is searching for an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to help drive demand through our robust partner channels. Working closely with our highly valued cloud partners, managed service providers, technology integrators, VARs, and more; this person will be responsible for driving all partner marketing efforts in close partnership with our Partner, Demand Generation, Field Marketing teams and more.

What You Will Do and Achieve:

  • Develop and execute the partner demand generation strategy to drive pipeline growth through our partnerships
  • Prioritize and tier partner marketing efforts across the landscape of cloud partners, managed service providers, technology integrators, VARs, and more
  • Forge strong relationships with partner marketing peer counterparts in partner organizations
  • Build joint go-to-market campaigns and events with key partners, establishing an ongoing execution and reporting cadence
  • Effectively track and report on partner-led and partner-influenced pipeline to help understand ROI and prioritize efforts
  • reate and implement co-marketing programs, campaigns, events, and promotions that leverage partner strengths and expand market reach
  • Work closely with the Demand Generation and Field Marketing teams to help execute partner events, webinars, and other joint marketing activities to increase brand visibility and lead generatio
  • Work closely with Product Marketing to develop joint value propositions, messaging, and marketing collateral that resonate with target audiences and drive partner engagement
  • Manage the partner marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI

Who You Are:

  • Team player, able to collaborate with strategic, technical, creative, and business experts at all levels of the organization (including across remote locations)
  • Comfortable building an all-encompassing partner strategy and executing on that strategy
  • Stellar written and verbal communication, with experience simplifying concepts, influencing stakeholders, and impeccable attention to detail
  • A get-it-done attitude with ability to roll up your sleeves while driving strategy
  • Ability to balance and prioritize competing opportunities, needs, and business priorities
  • Dynamic, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • A big thinker, someone who can brainstorm and develop out of the box ideas to drive success
  • Ability to move fast and balance multiple projects simultaneously
  • Background in B2B marketing strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, or related field

US Pay Range

The US annual base salary range for this full-time position is $151,100 - $191,500 + benefits + 401(k) match + equity. The pay range is determined by the role, work location, job-related skills, level, experience and relevant education. [Certain roles are eligible to earn sales commission, depending on the terms of the applicable plan.] The range displayed is the minimum and maximum target base salary and is applicable only for new hires for the listed position located in the US. Your total compensation package will be based on job-related knowledge, education, certifications and location, per our aligned ranges.
