We're Looking For A: Digital Acquisition Marketing Specialist who will be the creative mastermind to orchestrate our ad campaigns on a variety of ad platforms. Paid Social and native ad experience is preferred.
Location: Remote or Hybrid - We are looking for talent all across the US, but we have a state-of-the-art HQ in Woodland Hills, CA where you can work closely with your team.

- Collaborate with our talented team members from various departments, transforming marketing projects from mere ideas into magnificent realities. Together, you'll navigate the treacherous waters of testing and optimization to create marketing marvels.
- Take charge of external partners and agencies, ensuring they stay on track to meet our lofty company goals. You'll be their ultimate guide to success.
- Unleash your creative superpowers! Conduct A/B tests for both eye-catching creatives and captivating landing pages, discovering the secrets of engagement and conversion optimization.
- Wield the power of data! Harness the forces of both qualitative and quantitative information to forge a conversion rate optimization strategy and testing plan that will leave our competitors trembling.
- Track and analyze the performance of each advertising channel and campaign like a true mastermind. Your keen eye will identify areas for improvement and guide us toward advertising greatness.
- Ascend to new heights of customer experience! Take a top-level view of our sales funnel, optimizing SEO, customer support, and our branded site. And don't forget to work your magic on our internal KPIs, including CVR, AOV, LTV, and Subscription Rates.
- Play the role of the content connoisseur! Review new content submissions, offering your invaluable feedback and ensuring they're ready for testing. Your eagle-eyed scrutiny will make all the difference.
- Stay ahead of the game! Keep a close eye on industry standards and new media programs/opportunities. With your innovative strategies, we'll reach new targets and conquer new frontiers.
- Be the glue that holds us together - Act as the point person for individual customer acquisition funnels, collaborating seamlessly with every department.

- You've already embarked on a digital marketing journey for 1-3 years, preferably in digital acquisition/performance marketing. The more experience, the better!
- You're a native advertising expert, having ventured into platforms like Taboola and Outbrain.
- You've dabbled in the mystical arts of A/B testing, using your powers to optimize sales funnels.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel and Google Docs) is your secret weapon. You're also comfortable wielding basic image editing spells using Photoshop. Experience with Salesforce is a plus!
- High school Diploma or GED.

The base salary range is $63,300 - $91,300, plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.
The posted salary range in this job posting reflects data based on California's cost of labor analysis. This salary range is subject to change per state; please click here to find the pay differential in your state of residence if the role is remote.
