We are seeking a skilled Senior Oracle ERP Functional Analyst to support and enhance Oracle ERP systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure ERP modules, and provide ongoing support, ensuring smooth business operations
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and Operations
- Configure and support Oracle ERP modules (Cloud) based on business needs
- Perform system troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user support
- Develop and maintain reports and data extracts using SQL and Oracle tools
- Support ERP implementation, upgrades, and system enhancements
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and customizations
- Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance
- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and system validation
Provide documentation, training, and support to end users
Required Skills & Qualifications
Functional Expertise:
Strong experience in Oracle ERP modules such as: Finance (GL, AP, AR) (mandatory), Procurement / Supply Chain / Project Billing
Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience with: Oracle ERP Cloud and SQL (mandatory)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in end-to-end ERP implementation or upgrade projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of Oracle ERP functional experience.
- Hands-on experience supporting Oracle Cloud ERP modules in one or more of the following areas: Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets, Expense Management, and Procurement.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ERP concepts.
- Experience in gathering business requirements and preparing functional documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
