Job Overview: The Senior Operations Specialist will provide critical operational support for LPL Financial’s Centrally Managed Platforms, including Model Wealth Portfolios (MWP), our fastest-growing advisory platform. This role involves ensuring that advisor-driven requests, such as withdrawals and model changes, are processed accurately and communicated to the Overlay Manager in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve inquiries through research and coordination with various operations departments.
- Ensure new accounts meet funding requirements.
- Act as a liaison between the Service Center and the team.
- Maintain a high level of detail orientation and thrive in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
- Deliver extraordinary service consistently.

Requirements:
- 1+ year of operations experience in financial services or a government entity.

Pay Range:
$16.73-$27.88/hour
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
