Sr OIC Developer

Role summary

Our DCx platform is a constellation of best-in-class systems — **Perfion** (PIM), **OIC** (middleware), **Algolia** (search), **Hygraph** (headless CMS), **HubSpot** (marketing), **BigCommerce** (commerce), **JDE / SAP / Salesforce** (back-end of record). The Integration Analyst is the connective tissue. You will own every data flow between these systems, the contracts, and the observability that proves they're healthy.

What you'll do

· Design + build integrations on **Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)** between BigCommerce ↔ JDE/SAP, BigCommerce ↔ Salesforce, Perfion ↔ BigCommerce, Perfion ↔ Algolia.

· Own the Perfion PIM data model and content workflows that publish to BigCommerce + Algolia + Hygraph.

· Configure **Algolia** indexes, replicas, ranking strategies, and synonyms; partner with marketing and merchandising on relevance.

· Maintain the **Hygraph** schema and content models; partner with marketing on content publishing flows to brand sites.

· Integrate **HubSpot** with Salesforce + BigCommerce — lead capture, lifecycle, attribution.

· Establish integration observability — logs, retries, dead-letter queues, alerts — so a failed nightly sync isn't found by a customer.

· Document every integration as a contract (event / payload / failure mode) and keep it current.

· Pair with the Data Engineer to make sure transactional integrations and analytical pipelines tell the same story.

Must have

· 5+ years in integration / iPaaS work — at least 2 years on **Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)**, **MuleSoft**, **Boomi**, or **Workato**.

· Strong **REST + SOAP API** skills; XML + JSON fluency; comfortable with OAuth, JWT, mTLS.

· Hands-on with at least one PIM platform — **Perfion**, Akeneo, inriver, or Salsify.

· Comfortable with one or more of: **Algolia**, Elastic, Solr, Coveo.

· Database fluency — SQL, joins, query plans, basic optimization.

· Strong written documentation skills — integrations live and die on the contract docs you write.

Nice to have

· Direct experience with **Hygraph** or another headless CMS (Contentful, Sanity, Strapi, Storyblok).

· **HubSpot** + Salesforce integration experience (CRM-to-MAP sync).

· Experience integrating BigCommerce specifically — webhooks, scripts, channels, B2B Edition APIs.

· Some exposure to event-driven architectures (Kafka, EventBridge, Pub/Sub).
