Reporting to the Plant Manager you as a Senior NPI Engineer will be responsible to for managing the entire lifecycle of new product development, from initial concept through to production launch. The Senior Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain, to ensure successful product introduction and seamless transition to production.

Collaborate with R&D and design teams to define product specifications and requirements.

Oversee the design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for testability (DFT) aspects of new products.

New Product Introduction - Develop and implement NPI processes, including pilot runs, process validation, and production ramp-up.

Cross Functional - Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product launch.

Process Improvement - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in NPD/NPI.

Strong understanding of PCBA design, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.

Proven experience in project management, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in using engineering software tools for design, simulation, and analysis (e.g., Altium Designer, AutoCAD).

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Familiarity with industry regulations, certification processes (e.g., ISO, UL).

Bachelor or university degree in Engineering.
