Sr. Microsoft 365 Migration & Copilot Rollout Specialist

This is a niche and high-impact role. Please only apply if you’ve led both Dropbox→M365 migrations and Copilot enablement. Independent contractor position. U.S. client. Fully remote. Fluent English required (C1 or above is a must).

• Lead the end-to-end migration from Dropbox to Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, SharePoint)
• Ensure secure, structured, and compliant file transfer for 100+ users
• Configure and enable Microsoft 365 Copilot across Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
• Set up permissions, access governance, and user onboarding for Copilot
• Collaborate with U.S.-based stakeholders to ensure continuity and adoption

• 3–5+ years in Microsoft 365 tenant administration, migration, or cloud solutions
• 1+ completed Dropbox to M365 migration (Mover.io, ShareGate, BitTitan, etc.)
• Hands-on Copilot enablement at enterprise or team level
• Strong grasp of M365 security, permissions, and DLP configurations
• Fluent English (C1+ level) and ability to work in U.S. time zones

• Experience with regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, finance)
• Familiarity with PHI-compliant architectures, audit trails, and data handling in M365
• Understanding of HIPAA frameworks and how they influence M365 implementation
• Microsoft certifications (MS-700, MS-101, SC-300, etc.)
• Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or IT is a plus — but not required.
